WaterSafe X and Facebook Giveaway T&Cs: October 2023

The promoter is WaterSafe whose registered office is the WaterSafe Installers’ Scheme Ltd, Pembroke House, Ty Coch Lane, Llantarnam Park Way, Cwmbran, Torfaen, Wales, NP44 3AU. Registered in England No. 06663930.

The giveaway is open to current approved members of WaterSafe, aged 18 or over, except employees of WaterSafe, UK water companies and the six Approved Contractors’ Schemes and their close relatives or anyone otherwise closely connected with these organisations.

You must be registered as a member of WaterSafe on 1st November 2023 to be eligible to win a prize. Membership of WaterSafe is through one of the six Approved Contractors Schemes and the Approved Contractor Scheme which you joined WaterSafe will have the final decision on whether membership is valid. Please note that simply being listed on WaterSafe does not confirm membership as some business and individuals are listed on the website without WaterSafe membership.

The giveaway comprises 10 WaterSafe-branded bags, each containing a WaterSafe fleece jacket, a WaterSafe bottle, pliers, and a wrench. By entering this giveaway, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

There is no entry or postage fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible.

To enter, entrants must Like and Retweet WaterSafe’s competition post on X and follow @WatersafeUK, or Like and Share WaterSafe’s competition post on Facebook and follow or like our page: @WaterSafeRegister.

Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted. 

WaterSafe reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and held in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. 

Ten winners will be chosen at random. WaterSafe shall have the right, at its discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

WaterSafe also reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.

The giveaway is open until 11.59am (midday) on Wednesday 1 November 2023.

The winners will be notified on Wednesday 1 November 2023.
