I cannot afford to have the work done. What can I do?

Your water company understands that not everyone has money available to undertake the work immediately.

If you have received a letter from your water company, please contact them using the details in their letter or find them on our  contacts page.

If they do not hear from you they will assume that you do not intend to do the work and will reserve the right to take action.
